Dr. Jay is a dedicated computer science and cybersecurity researcher and educator. He earned his Ph.D. in Systems and Security from the University of South Florida. He is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), credentialed by the International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC)². While not working, he loves traveling, exploring art, and thinking. Some of the professional services and roles he has been involved include:
